Every dryer vent cleaning includes: full vent line cleaning from the dryer to the exterior termination using a rotary brush and high-powered vacuum, a borescope camera inspection, exterior vent cap inspection and cleaning, and before and after photos sent to you.
Our published rates cover the vast majority of homes. Occasionally a job requires additional time due to an unusually long vent run (over 25 feet), a rooftop termination requiring ladder access, or a heavy bird nest blockage. In these cases we always confirm any adjustment with you before starting work — never after. No surprises.
